Since our inception in 1991, L.A. SHARES
has provided over $180,000,000.00 in desperately needed
goods and materials to more than 2,500 non-profit agencies
and schools in Los Angeles County. In fact, through the local
business community's generosity, we've become the single,
largest donor of goods and materials to the Los Angeles Unified
School District as well as Los Angeles's arts community,
afterschool programs, parks and recreation programs, theater
community and alcohol/drug recovery agencies. This success
is demonstrated by the sample list of organizations we've
