There are TWO separate sets of Contact Instructions: one for current and potential L.A. SHARES' Donors, and another for current and potential L.A. SHARES' Recipients.

Donors -- Here's How to Contact Us:
It's our goal to make donating to, sponsoring or partnering with L.A. SHARES as easy as possible, so don't hesitate to call or e-mail us if you have any questions or concerns. The following contact information will help direct your inquiry.

	Donors -- If You Need to Call Us: An L.A. SHARES representative is available to speak to you Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 213-485-1097.
	Donors -- If You Need to E-mail Us: Donate@lashares.org for ANY questions about donating to L.A. SHARES, including becoming a donor, tax deductions, your donations, pick up arrangements, etc.

Recipients -- Here's How to Contact Us:
L.A. SHARES is an entirely Internet-based philanthropy; consequently, we embrace e-mail as our primary communications tool.

All communication is via e-mail to admin@lashares.org (NO EXCEPTIONS) and we ask that you review our FAQs first before e-mailing us.

The volume of calls, letters and faxes we receive from the thousands of schools and non-profits needing FREE goods and materials is much too great; we cannot feasibly attend to all communication channels and still have time to secure the donations you need.

Please do not contact L.A. SHARES to inquire about your organization's donation requests. When we have what you need, we'll contact you. Our new relational database is ALWAYS searching to match your requests with donations, so you'll be notified as soon as it makes a match!
